FAQ

1. How will you clean the inside of my car?

We have formulated a 25 step process to clean the inside of your car to ensure every nook and cranny is cleaned.

You don't have to be present while we take care of this for you. Simply give us your keys or tell us where to get the key when you make your booking. You can stay in the comfort of your home or be productive at work and we'll get it done.

2. Is it harmful to the environment?

We use environmentally friendly and fully biodegradable products which don't contain any harsh detergents or abrasive chemicals.

Further more, by choosing CarDryClean you play your part and on average help us save over 150 litres of water.

3. Will I get scratch and swirl marks?

We incorporate the latest scratch free technology with the highest grade ingredients and raw materials.

Our nano solutions captures, liquefies and lifts the dirt. This removes the possibility fo scratches and swirl marks. Our operatives are fully trained to treat your cars with the skill and respect it deserves.

4. What happens if it rains after my car is cleaned?

Our waterless nano solutions work very well in the rain. Traditional car washes or soap and water treatments generally leave water spots when it rains.

Our nano solution contains carnauba wax which has hydrophobic properties i.e rain water runs off like water off a duck's back. Keeping your car clean for much longer.

5. Does it do the same job as water and soap?

Yes it does. In fact, we believe it does an even better job!

Our cleaning solution releases and suspends dirt and grime from all exterior surfaces to create a superb showroom, ‘just-waxed’ finish.

We use the highest grade Carnauba and Nano wax technology that deliver an outstanding high gloss finish, beading and hydrophobic water sheeting to all hard exterior treated surfaces.

This hydrophobic quality repels water and gives an anti-static protection which helps to prevent dust being attracted to the surface keeping the surfaces cleaner and shinier for much longer than traditional soap and water washing.

6. What is a waterless wash solution?

Waterless doesn’t mean we don’t use liquid, we do, just a lot less of it. We use water that's equivalent to 3 cans of coke.In comparison to traditional carwash, that is 149 litres of LESS water!

7. Can I cancel a wash? Will I get charged?

We understand that schedules change and you may need to change the time of a wash. If you cancel the booking within 12 hours of the scheduled time we will charge 50% of the booking. Cancellations within 3 hours of the booking time will be charged in full. If you move a wash 12 hours before the due date to another time (within 30 days) and do not cancel, you will be charged a fee of £5.00. Changing the time 3 hours before a booking will result in a £10.00 fee. The reason; Your washer will have booked out time for you and your vehicle in their working day and they need to make a living.

8. Can I leave you with my car or do I have to be in the whole time?

Yes ofcourse! We want help you save time and make you more productive :)

We will need the keys if you've booked an inside clean and don't have keyless entry. In that case, just let us know when booking where we can grab the keys from.

If you're at work we can grab them from the reception.

We do ask that you are available to contact at the booking time in case we can't find your car!

9. Can I book in multiple cars?

10. Is there a subscription package?

Yes we offer subscription packages if you're looking for a regular service.Please get in touch with us here at cardrycleanuk@gmail.com or give us a call on and we'll share the details with you.

11. Will parking be an issue?

Private Parking: If you're parked in a private parking lot, you'll need to provide access for our operative on arrival. If our operative is on a car and if payment is required you will need to cover this cost.

12. How much space do you need around the car?

We don't use heavy machinery and our cleaning process mean we can stay lean and nimble. All we ask is that you leave a minimum of 1.5 feet on all sides of the car to give our operative space to access the car.

13. Do you need an electricity or water supply?

No we don't require anything from you. We promised a hassle free service and we mean it.

We use long life battery powered equipment and waterless cleaning solution that allow us to be totally independent when cleaning.

14. What is the main difference between the Inside & Outside and the Premium Valet Services?

Our premium service includes a higher level detail on your car. A lot more emphasis is given to the interior. The premium service takes the double the time as we got into a lot more detail and carry out extra treatment such as tar removal, light stain removal etc.

We also use additional premium products such as dry shampoo for fabrics as well as specialist product on leather.
